Courtroom or Venue Survey

In preparing to use technology, the best place to start is the courtroom. In many cases, we are already familiar with the court, available technology, and equipment requirement. If not, we will investigate the venue or conduct a site visit to see what equipment is required, the available power, audio, lighting, and other factors that influence or limit the use of certain presentation technology.

Courtroom Set-Up

From the survey, we draft an equipment plan and help arrange a cost-sharing agreement with opposing counsel. We partner with Aquipt, an industry leader in litigation technology solutions, to provide state-of-the-art capabilities in the courtroom, superior logistics management, and the most reliable equipment available.

Warroom Set-Up

On-site workspaces vary from small setups to elaborate networks so we offer scalable warroom set-ups that serve our core capabilities without putting more equipment on-site than necessary. We work with your trial team to set up witness preparation areas and ensure that your warroom space will enable you to work effectively with witnesses and in preparing for trial.

Courtroom Staffing

Our trial technology consultants have staffed hundreds of trials in the courtroom. From witness rehearsals to in-court examinations, they will be there for you. We are masters of preparation and come to court with two identically configured laptops for backup.

Warroom Staffing

For demanding trials, we provide on-site litigation consultants, artists, or additional trial technology consultant support. The team is sized to meet the demands of your trial and may expand or contract during critical times like openings or closings.

Local Vendors

When you need a courtboard printed at the last minute, we can help. We have arranged for local vendors for everything – courtboards, recording studios, equipment rentals, large-format printing, and even the creation of physical models.
